Royal Brunei Catering (RBC) will be hosting four culinary promotions for their "Seasons Greetings Specials" where they will be giving away eight BlackBerry handphones in addition to other year-end goodies.

The "Australia Food Festival" set to commence on December 24 until New Year's Day at the Airport Restaurant, will feature a range of Aussie classics like Lamb Meat Pie, Fresh Aussie Oysters, and desserts such as Lamington - little square cakes dipped in chocolate and coated in dry coconut, named after Baron Lamington who ruled Australia's territory of Queensland in the late 19th Century.

The ever-so popular Pavlova - a Meringue cake with whipped cream and tropical fruit topping - will also be making an appearance.

Throughout the period, RBC said it would be serving daily from 12pm to 2.30pm at $20.00 for adults and $13.00 for children, while the nightly dinner buffet would start at 7pm to 10.30pm at $36.00 for adults and $18.00 for children.

RBC's "Winter Celebration" at Emperor's Court and Dynasty Restaurant that has already started this month will end on December 31. Popular Asian treats like the brightly coloured Tangyuan (balls of glutinous rice) that symbolise reunion will be served for free with every set meal ordered. RBC is setting the prices for both lunch and dinner at $288 per table for five to seven persons, $388 per table for 10 people, and $488 per table for 10 people. Again, Baiduri cardmembers are entitled to special discounts throughout the period.

RBC's "New Year's Eve Special" at their Poolside Café offers a buffet dinner on December 31 from 7pm to 10.30pm at $45 for adults and $27 for children. Baiduri cardmembers are entitled to special discounts.

Finally, RBC's "Get Black" promotion at the Airport, Seasons, Dynasty, and Emperor's Court restaurants running from December 17 to 31 will see each customer standing a chance at taking home one of eight BlackBerry®handsets that are being given away.
